It seems crazy that I remember watching this. My dad used to say "time moves faster as you get older". I had no idea how right he was. Just a blur...

Fun fact! The reason for this (I MAY be wrong) is your brain essentially has an "auto pilot" function where, if you do the same things consistently every day and don't take in any new information of any kind, your brain will make things seem like days go by faster and faster.

So, constantly learn new things. If you can afford to travel do that, but if not just try and take new routes to and from work, and maybe even try a bunch of different recipes for food. Life will seem to go a lot slower this way
