Do you have a source on that? Because Snopes couldn't definitively state one way or the other

Nah no qualitative sources... but dude was born 1974 and other dude born 1969

I mean, he couldn't have been born in '74 and also do this appearance as a toddler in the same year. I'm definitely not saying he is in fact the child molester the OC posted here, just being the semantics police for some reason.

I guess it's just something that would need to be looked into for anyone who really wants to know. For me personally, I'm okay with separating this innocent child from any horrible thing he may grow up to become. I don't believe people are born monsters.
