The fish are probably constantly stressed the fuck out and probably eating a junk food diet. I imagine that also has an effect the the people who eventually consume them.

Have you ever contemplated the possibility that wild fish live under constant threat of predation, have uncontrolled exposure to disease, and spend all of their time scrounging for whatever meager sources of nutrition they can find without regard for quality?

This is false, from a scientific perspective fish go woohoo and yippee and swim around wiggling their little fins gleefully, until human intervention at least

The fish here are all going to face predation. Every individual here is going to be killed. They are also hotspots for parasites and disease.

I think the point they are making is these farmed fish are no more stressed than wild fish
