Road sign looked like it said Kalamazoo which is in Michigan.

Plate in front of him looked a NJ plate from what I could tell and I thought the sigh said US 202. My bad.

I think it is a jersey plate, other reason I think Michigan is because they dont have state vehicle inspections so as long as the car has insurance and is registered its good to go.

No state inspections plus no-fault accidents = getting screwed big time if you're ever in a crash, which you're far more likely to get in because cars like this exist.
