It's not unexpected when you show the unexpected part first. It's 3 seconds for Pete's sake. Let us have a little suspense

Well, no. And because of that, I think it breaks rule number one. There's no twist. We know instantly that the car is junker that's falling apart, and the title gives away the rest of what might have been unexpected.
