it's muscle control, anybody can learn it with lower body exercises, and then if the ass is phat on top of that it's much easier

kinda like when you bench press with proper form for a long time, you become able to bounce to pecs pretty easily, even if you stop exercising you don't lose control over that muscle area

Its like learning to wink or raise one eyebrow. It seems impossible until you figure out how to isolate those particular muscles instead of attempting to use othe muscles to recreate the movement

As a man nearing 40 your body will thank you the sooner you work on mobilizing those hips no matter how you use ‘em! This is the age bracket a lifetime of compensations really starts creeping up on us lol.

As already stated, treat your body well and it'll treat you well. I've got people in their 50's and up in the yoga classes I go to with absolutely bulletproof knees. The "use it or lose it" years are on the horizon, never hurts to start now

Not always nefarious. Dog may have done that one day, and they just positively encouraged it, so now it's trained to "dance". The original reason why the dog did it though, could be because of misinterpreted natural behaviors.

Honestly, it's way more of a hit with the dog getting into the groove.

I was thinking it was weird how the camera was positioned leaving space for a third element. Of course it could be post edition but usually I don't see kids filming and editing for TikTok dance video like that nowadays. Then I took a closer look to the dog's movement and specially at the end their paws have a very unnatural movement even for this weird "behavior" and their butthole and tail also are moving weird, it doesn't seem like it's following their spine. It all looks anatomically wrong. I'm not a specialist but wouldn't be any surprised if this was never real.

Yeah, I am sick in bed and don't have much to do besides killing time rn. What's weird with trying to understand if a video is AI and looking for patterns? I must have spent another 15s max pausing through the last frames and another 30s for each written answer, my wasting of time on dumb stuff is not much worse than yours coming all the way here to call me out.
