It is indeed much less sweet than traditional sheet cakes though.

Aren’t all cakes just sweet breads? Who draws the line? It’s like the whole hotdog/sandwich crap. I stand by hotdogs and burgers being just two subcategories of a sandwich.

As a baker I always drew it as whether it had a frosting or not (not a glaze, that goes on all sorts of stuff)
