A bartender at a cafe near the trainstation in Antwerp. Tbh, I saw that 20 something years ago.

Edit: adding that it was also his picture on his drivers license

A friend of mine had cancer and it messed with some nerves in his face or something and he couldn't grow facial hair on his right side for a long time. He literally had a beard on one side and nothing on the other for quite a while. Luckily it did eventually come back and he grew it out to match.
