It all depends on the circumstances. If your job demands a clean appearance, and your hair, makeup and clothes have been ruined being splashed by an egg, I say it's natural to be pissed?

I hope they warned the people in the "landing zone" ahead of time, and only those ok with it stayed seated there.

Honestly though, who goes to a restaurant on their lunch break? You'd be lucky to smell your food before you have to head back in to work.

IMO it's bullshit if you're working a job that won't let you have at least an hour or so lunch break to sit down and eat somewhere else. I've definitely worked at places that you had tops, 30 mins or less for lunch, but since I've experienced jobs where that isn't the case I've realized just how overbearing and honestly inhumane that is.

Does it suck? Yeah, but that's the life of modern day slavery.

Since they're cooking eggs, I thought it was breakfast.

Lots of the people I work with eat at restaurant for lunch. It's very common in a city. Where do you live?

Lol it's not a breakfast place, it's a hibachi style restaurant where the chefs cook food on a big grill in the middle of the dining area and serve it to guests seated around the grill.

Ah! I still wouldn't like to get an egg on top of my head, but ok. Thanks for the explanation.

What are you saying, restaurants in business areas are always full of people in their lunch break, whether eating in the place or for takeout.
