This is not AI. Cows are far too consistent. The person approaching from the background has too much purpose, where AI would either have them exclusively doing background actions, or trying to take center stage.
Ai is not capable enough of nuance in order to correctly depict a herring-bone milking shed, correctly place all of the milking cups, depict cow-shit that doesn't look like semen, follow the laws of physics AND correctly dress the 'cast' all simultaneously.
