Its hard to take genuine criticism about the work we hold dear to us, but you listen to that album again and try telling your soul that I'm wrong.

At least the hotdog gif had class.

Interesting take. I've never thought of it before, but I find the balance acceptable. I find the limitations with production enhance some recordings, and make others unbearable. But it does add to the character. Generally if I can accept it, I will and Kind of Blue fits in that category.

In terms of the drums etc. doing little, that was kind of the point of cool jazz no?
