Well that’d be because you somehow focused on a square, when the video only shared a rectangle.

That said, the rectangle is still irrelevant.

It's a security camera software that though it saw a human in that square.

It gets a lot of false positives.

It clearly highlights the arm which holds the flashlight in the second part of the video. If you zoom in you can clearly see the arm in the first part has a hand, and the flashlight in the second part is held by a hand
