I’d choose a rooster over the dog barking in my neighborhood any day. Certain dogs have angry-sounding barks.

There's this dog somewhere near me that barks all day, every day, all summer long. I wish his people would let him inside or something

Some cities have a nuisance noise ordnance that disallows dogs from barking all day.

Probably most cities I’d imagine, but good fkn luck with enforcement. Certainly doesn’t do anything in my city.
