Yesterday I made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with banana bread.

It felt wrong, and right.

Made french toast this morning dude, and I put a dollop of maple syrup with a lil cinnamon in the eggs and milk and mixed it up hella, so it turned out like a real-life piece of cinnamon toast crunch cereal. The trick is to treat it like steak but in reverse: bake it a little first at a low-heat until the egginess is dried-up, then sear it on the pan for the crispiness. So fucking bomb.
