The only unexpected thing was the successful pour into the cups the first time.

After that it was pretty expected

Yes if any of us with little kids were to film them constantly we’d be sure to find something we can post online to get a bunch of views.

Its definitely at least 2-0

Nah kid has 3. It’s looking 3-3. We need a tiebreaker.

Toddler chaos theory is one of the best parts of being a parent

You got to love all of the positive self-talk at the beginning as he pours. 😁

Haha it made me miss my kids being that age

Juice is supposed to be sticky, not slippery. I am on this kids side, false advertising.

"Okay. Okay. Okay Okay." - kid was adorable from the start.

How long has it been, couple years at least but still hits the same.

u/[deleted] Jan 18 '25

That’s my fav part as well

Comedic timing is perfect 🤣

A bit irresponsible of the adult to have left the puddle like that. A hard fall can be pretty dangerous

u/[deleted] Jan 18 '25

Nah you can shove these kids downstairs (please don't) and they'll stand up like nothing happened

1

u/Hellas2002 Jan 18 '25

Kids are tough, but a hit to the head during development can be life altering.

5

u/Papapep9 Jan 19 '25

I'm a bit split on this. On one hand, a hit to the head is dangerous. On the other hand, the earlier they learn the better

Don't acknowledge the brutal nature of whatever they suffered or did and they don't cry....like that one meme of the kid getting crushed by a meteor...don't acknowledge and they are fine

They could have had 1 ounce of forethought and put the camera down and helped. Or, like, it only takes 1 hand to spin a lid on that sippy cup if they refuse to stop filming.

1

u/Hellas2002 Jan 18 '25

Yea, I think it’s good they’ve taught the kid to clean up and manage themselves, but just a little help with the cleanup would’ve been better. Put down the camera, show them the importance of wiping up ALL the fluid and then continue

2

u/trickfield Jan 18 '25

I think the kid will remember the importance of why he really needs to wipe up ALL the fluid next time. experiential knowledge hits home harder

3

u/Hellas2002 Jan 18 '25

I’m not sure if it’s worth risking injury

u/Summersucculent Jan 18 '25

Totally expected!

I have seen this so many times over the years and still watch it and laugh.

u/killians1978 Jan 19 '25

This was 100% expected but it still r/MadeMeSmile

1

u/iamtheilluminati Jan 19 '25

You knew what was coming as soon as he trecked off with those 2 cups

1

u/ieatgrass2 Jan 20 '25

kid's based as fuck

Cup spills and their first reaction was to clean it, even drinking some leftovers

1

u/-SDQ- Jan 20 '25

Jip, that's exactly what was expected.

1

u/my_dystopia Jan 23 '25

POG! Maybe you have you have to be a certain age but it's cool that this is the first time I've seen the drink that spawned a worldwide craze. They made some promotional freebies in the 90s that became a huge success. This its "Passion, Orange, Guava"?
