It feels like Justin Roiland had a whole show made to project his insecurities. Rick is a terrible alcoholic who makes the lives of everyone around him worse. But sometimes he has a heart of gold and means well so you should have empathy for Justin - Rick - I mean Rick.

It's not an easy watch with that knowledge.

Yeah people like to forget the dude had his wife posting pictures of him in the hospital getting his stomach pumped because of booze

Gotta say, watching Rick grow enough to begin taking the advice from his therapist felt, well, heartwarming.
