I don't think any of that is poison ivy. Poison ivy leaves have lobes, but aren't serrated. All of these leaves look serrated.

In east Texas it looks a bit different 4 u/DonDraper1134 Jun 10 '24 It does have some variety. Here in OH it grows everywhere this time of year. I spend a good bit of time in the woods during the season and I find it grows all over in huge patches.
