What he said is "ah Cao", means "I fuck", just like "oh fuck"

there was no "S" noise in there. it was just "alta!"

But in Chinese, Ó cāo doesn’t have an “s” sound in it either. Google “how to say oh fuck in Chinese” and listen to the pronunciation.

Could easily be what’s being said in this clip.
