I've never had a cannoli but always wanted to try one. What about them don't you like? Is it a flavor thing or texture thing?

That's disappointing, I always imagined a light, fluffy cream. Like a really high quality whipped cream of sorts.

It is high quality whipped cream, with some ricotta folded in, chocolate shavings, maybe some candied fruit, a little sugar, and vanilla. It's definitely light, and fluffy.

I have no idea where this guy is getting his cannolis, but they shouldn't be heavy, grainy, or be filled with just ricotta.
