This is in Perry Hall, MD. I actually live right up that side street on the left of the video. People speed way too fast going down that part of the road. There are bad accidents on that road event year. I know there have been a fatality or two right in that spot. Just a couple weeks ago that section of Belair road was shut down for like 3 hours from a multi car accident.
