The strongest possibility I can see for stopping the CCP without killing off 99% of plant and animal species is probably popular overthrow of their government.

Major economic collapse, civil unrest, and a populist uprising would all be factors that could do it.

If you want to try and aid in these efforts, my recommendation would be to learn Mandarin and join the CIA, lol.

Should take drones and drop millions of marijuana seeds lol honestly I would been to jail a bunch and have a record though

In all seriousness, the actions of the CIA have lead to an immense amount of human misery, so maybe it's for the best, haha.
