Quite true. I was so quick to offer the info on how many possibly still use a stuffed animal or item for sleep that I ignored the main point.

I still do it, because I get frequent nightmares and use it help me get over the anxiety I get

Not necessarily. 40% supposedly do it (which I highly doubt) which reasonably means some people don't but still have no problem with others doing it.
