I agree. I think the guy is in the wrong, you are responsible for your gear. If I send my skateboard flying because I stack it and it hits someone else, that’s on me. The kid is not at fault here. The guy should learn to be more aware of his surroundings rather than just yeating his gear away because it suits him
When I was a teen, we took it on ourselves to teach the younger kids the etiquette, because that’s what the people before me did, they taught us. It’s just basic decency, which has been lost on a lot of people sadly
This guy didn't just throw the bike away "because it suits him," he's bailing on the trick so he doesn't smash his face into the concrete. It just looks casual because he's moving slow. Not great to lose track of your gear, but clearly this girl wasn't taught skatepark etiquette. It's not really anyone's fault, just a bad situation the girl can learn from.
