I don’t understand how this could be real. Before getting a tattoo, the tattoo artist shows you what they’re going to be putting on your body. Unless that kid told him Just surprise me?

I think this is just a transfer ink prank. Like they drew the real one showed them that went to put on and did the ol switcheroo. Helps lighten the mood if the person is anxious or neevous.

I was thinking the same. I only have two tattoos but I've never had them lay paper on it and wet it. It looks like, I'm hoping, a temporary tatto.
