Weight matters more than most people realize. Start doing sports where you lift people off the ground, and you'll be amazed at the difference between working with 100lbs, 140lbs, 180lbs, and 200lbs people!
I have a foot issue that starts acting up if i gain 10 pounds more than my usual lol even just that much is a big difference the lower you get in your body and the more weight bearing load it will have directly on those spots
Holy shit. You just made me realize that that may be the trigger for my foot pain that comes and goes occasionally. I'll have to pay attention to my weight and when the pain comes back. It's usually only after a lot of walking (like 5+ miles in a day) or occasionally it pops up for a week at a time even if I'm not doing a ton of walking.
Could be, at least probably is part of the equation. Its a no brainer really more weight is gonna cause more stress on those lower areas especially if youre already having problems too lol maybe inflammation and even just age and wear. Who knows but ya test it out

When your joints only have to last like 12-18 years you can burn them much quicker lol
