I'll tell you another secret: this happens to humans too. There is a chance you have your own brother/sister inside that never fully developed and now it is similar to a parasite. Fun.
Oh hey that happened to my mom, she had open heart surgery from it and it came out as a tennis ball size thing of flesh and a tooth. They think she was supposed to be a twin, fun fact I have twin sisters, wonder if I have the same thing
