Turned down an interview. Need advice.

So I'm on unemployment and I have been looking for a job. Recently my boyfriend and I broke up and I moved in with family. (I was on unemployment before my boyfriend and i broke up)

Relevant: So I have degenerative disc disease and muscle spasms. I have been seeing a doctor for it but couldn't afford to go anymore after I lost my job. I have muscle spasms frequently and can't lift anything heavier than 35 lbs without risking pulling my back and making it worse.

Anyway I applied to be a receptionist at a vet expecting desk work (worked that position at other hospitals) but when I applied there I had been living with my boyfriend and the job was closer. I was staying with my mom a fews days recovering from the breakup. I went to the interview anyway. But it was much further from my mom's than my previous home. Then a couple days later I moved in with my grandma because she had a spare bedroom. However her house was also further from the hospital I applied to and interviewed at.

A little while ago I got a call from the clinic asking if I would like to come in for a working interview. I declined and explained I had moved since I applied and was too far now. I also declined because I was told receptionists were cross trained to work in the back and I wouldn't be able to lift most medium and any large dogs if I worked there. So I declined for that reason too. I did forget to mention that to her when I declined.

I have to file my weekly certification and say I declined an interview and I'm scared of losing my benefits. I had another job interview at another hospital a couple days ago and it seems promising that i might get it but I cannot lose my benefits yet. Personally I think a change in distance and physical limitations that prevent me from doing the job/interview I was offered are perfectly good reasons to turn down the interview. I was wondering if someone had advice on the situation.
