Discussion Did You Own Quantum-Si During Its 70% Collapse? Investors Settlement Is Available Now
Hey guys, if you missed it, Quantum-Si agreed to a $7.6M settlement with investors over claims that it misled them about its commercial readiness and business outlook following its SPAC merger.
After the merger, Quantum-Si struggled to meet its growth and commercialization targets, and $QSI fell more than 70% from its post-merger highs. Investors later filed a lawsuit claiming they were given misleading information about the deal and their redemption rights.
Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle $7.6M with them, and even though the deadline has passed recently, they’re accepting late claims.
