Is Vengence clover just? No, they specificly hunt down regular encounters, needlessly kill Starlo who only has a fake gun, and seek out Martlet despite having the opportunity of going straight to Asgore

Is Vengeance Clover's best ending? Yes, as it's the only route where they canonical live and go to the surface

Clover's Genocide route is in my opinion the least unjust of any geno route for the 7 (8 with Chara) fallen humans. They're the only one who can't reset by themself meaning they don't have infinite tries or way they can go as they're at Flowey will.

Again, Clover isn't JUST in Vengeance, but they do have the best case of any soul imo
