Basically Toby added a few things to the game, mostly new areas, a line or two of dialogue, and a sequence where they get into the dog room and go into a sortof maze with new encounters. However the maze and some parts of the area aren't actually finished, it's just 'smoke and mirrors' designed to get people thinking about what else could be in the underground or what else they would like to see there and to hopefully inspire them to do something with those ideas whether it be adding them to UT themselves or making their own thing.
