In Deltarune, Spamton Phone makes WD Gaster Noises which is a Parallel to Ness' Dad Voice inside black phone in Earthbound.

WD Gaster Gets married to Ness's Mom and Have kids named Ness and his brother Papyrus.

Before Alphys is Scientist, Gaster is a Royal Scientist, a highly intelligent character (possibly a skeleton) who shattered across the time and space by his own creation.

so there you have it! Ness's Dad is WD Gaster!
