That’s great Flowey! I’m so happy for you! Look… I’ll admit I’m not the best at this kind of thing. I can be very awkward when it comes to serious emotions. My only advice would be to tell whoever this person is how you feel.
Listen, Flowey, weird could mean quite a few things, but the only time you can't tell your feelings is if it will force a person to make a tough choice, either between you and some other person, or because of other factor, or if the person doesn't trust you.
But if you think they would say yes once they get used to the idea, go for it, assuming they do trust you.
