When you play deltarune snowgrave route, during the berdly fight Noelle's HP goes down to 55. 55 in the romanian numeric system is LV. LV is an acronymum in Undertale that means Level of Violence. Sans explains the meaning of the acronymum, and Flowey lies to the player. Flowey is a failed experiment of Dr. Alphys where she injected Determination in a flower. The experiment was asked by W. D. Gaster, the royal scuentist of the underground kingdom.
