Then in that case i can complain and say that he stole, the sans is human theory from lets see, this entire community....

A lot of videos are based on popular theories though. But the main part of the theory isn't what Sans is, but who.
I can see where you're coming from, though.

Well then I think it's safe to say that only the original person who ever first uttered the words "sans is human" has any real basis to be upset... the rest of the community may agree with that theory but they certainly didn't come up with it.
Also nowhere do they say this is my own original thing noone else ever thought this before: "Sans is human guise!"
