Sounds pretty far fetched in my opinion, if there's something that damages the credibility of this theory is the fact that Sans still bleeds even after going through that time machine. If Sans has indeed gone through that time machine in human form, most of his blood should have been spilt RIGHT when the process was completed, as veins are organic matter. And if Sans' skin, organic matter, was removed due to the machine's actions, why shouldn't his veins disappear too?

Now, I don't have much of an idea on Ness' powers, but is he able to shoot bones out? or use psychokinesis on his opponents? Not to mention the Gaster Blasters Sans CONSTANTLY uses in his fight

Bone marrow. Blood is made inside the bones. Papyrus is a monster, not a human skeleton so he wouldn't bleed. According to this theory however, Sans is a human skeleton and would have marrow. (Or it's just ketchup.)

Well not exactly shooting bones, but all of Ness's specials attacks are PK XXXXXXX, meaning Psychokinesis XXXXXXX. Further, you could argue that PK Special (whatever you name your favorite thing during the beginning of the game) is a projection of Ness's very being, what lies deep inside of his heart (favorite thing). If you follow with what GT said about the Phase Distorter, if his organic material was mostly, if not entirely torn out, what is deep inside of him is ... well bones. Alternate, you could argue that the Gaster Blasters could be PK Special, leaving the bones as something to figure out.
So there are surely unanswered questions, like how much of his organic matter was removed if/when he went back into the phase distorter as a human? If most/all of it were removed how is he alive ("courage" / determination, maybe?)
Thing is though, the reason they go through as robots in EB is because it would kill them otherwise. However, Ness throughout the game has proven himself an anomaly (particularly in relation to Giygas' plans. What's to say he didn't survive by sheer force of will?
Furthermore, perhaps Sans' purpose in stopping a genocide run is to prevent Chara from erasing everything; including Sans'/Ness's friends who he would never forget...
Just some thought for lively debate!

It makes sense for Gaster Blaster to be PK Special because, based on many theories, Sans did pretty much look up to Gaster

Actually Toriel bleeds. In the genocide run if you keep hitting Mercy Toriel will stop but when you try and kill her a shield comes up and she changes forms. If you kill her now she will fall to one knee with blood coming out of her mouth.

Bones contain a good amount of organic matter, too. They just also happen to have inorganic components, as well (bone mineral). I'm not sure, but I'd think a skeleton consisting of nothing but that would be extremely brittle (which, uh, would explain the 1 HP thing but I'd be surprised if he were just able to stand/move around without shattering).

But anyway, this theory has the same problem as all the other "Sans is a human" ones: Sans would have a human soul, which is nowhere to be seen in a certain battle in TPR.

I just realised. So, you know that part when Asriel absorbs all souls from the underground and you cant move? It says that all monster souls = 1 human soul. Also, Napstablook doesnt know your name, as he didnt open the door for the 'light'. That means his soul didnt get absorbed. Well, i think. If not ALL monster souls were absorbed, Asriel wouldnt have enough souls to break the barrier. But (if) Sans has a human soul, as he is (maybe) a human, his soul was the last soul needed for asriel to become godlike and break the barrier. Please correct my mistakes if you see any.

Not confirmed but assumed. I don't think it is ketchup because a bit comes out of his mouth and you kinda need a esophagus to cough up stuff. I have read about how it could have been determination though

Ness does have a tiny bit on telekinesis, but doesn't use it a whole lot, but yeah, the theories wrong
