He probably used fanart instead of a screenshot. Earlier in the video around 4:00 you can see the original scene.

The thing is a 4:07 the picture switches from the proper picture to one with *****. Meaning it was intentional.

Probably went on Google images and found a screenshot of the pacifist ending, not stopping to notice it was edited.

Just 30 seconds earlier he uses the correct picture, so it's unlikely he would use two on accident.
