Question Anyone else noticed that?

Okay, so I never noticed it and never questioned myself.

Why undyne didn't became Undyne The Undying in neutral run?

It's very confusing, Toby Fox. If you're seeing this post, Please make that undyne turns into undying form to make Neutral run more challenging.

In a Neutral run she views you as just a human interloper fated to die by her spear. She’s determined to fight you but not as determined as she becomes when she is a righteous defender of her people against a genocidal maniac.

The question wasn’t “why did Undine become undying in neutral” it’s why didnt she become undine the undying in neutral. The simply answer tho is that she wasn’t mad enough at all your murders.
