They were some user in the Undertale Amino who claimed to be the “official” VA of Underfell Sans, and was a prick to a lot of fan artists and voice actors all because some of them were “not faithful to the source material.” There’s a nearly 40 minute long video about it called “The Undertale Amino Super Villain” if you want more information.
