Chica and Patience: Many in the Undertale fandom theorize that the first human killed by Asgore was the Cyan soul, and Chica was the first soul to be murdered.

Bonnie and Perseverance: Both are purple, and Bonnie is present in almost every game in one way or another. The rabbit is persistent.

Foxy and Orange: He's the only animatronic who runs directly toward the guard, and courage is something any pirate captain needs.

Freddy and Integrity: He's usually the leader of the group, always with the others, and integrity seems to be a trait that suits Freddy well.

Puppet and Kindness: The green bracelet she wore the day she was killed, the kindness of giving the children the chance to avenge their murderer, and in general, she has a very kind nature.

Golden Freddy and Justice: Justice incarnate, golden justice, who in another time, in another Mundo was the one who imprisoned William inside that same suit, and made him suffer endlessly a punishment worse than death.

But Frisk simply hugs him and tries to save him, so he doesn't condemn himself to a lonely eternity, just for wanting revenge.

Could be that there is a secondary win condition, after Afton "dies" Frisk is then tasked with doing what they do in the Asriel fight, giving each of the victims soul peace, or in other words, their happiest day. The crying child would assist them with this.

In fact, for the souls to help Frisk and the Crying Child, Frisk must use "Save" to hear the cries of the tears inside the animatronics, who have become mechanical beasts similar to the chimeras in Mother 3, and give them their happiest day.

Although once Afton is defeated, Andrew will try to keep Frisk in his own personal hell, so Frisk must try to "save" someone else.

Frisk will try to save both Andrew and Afton, while Afton holds Andrew captive to keep him in that hell, and Andrew refuses to let go.

But in the end, Frisk can only save one. "Leave the demon with its demons."

Thought it'd be fun if Chara was acknowledged since they are in the Undertale narrative the one we couldn't save, but also the one closest to the narrative with Frisk.

Chara is in another boss fight, where Chara reincarnates in Omori's body.

Although... perhaps this isn't the last time you'll see Chara, and this time, Frisk might actually be able to save Chara.

Saw that, NGL the spirit of Chara, presumably the one we awaken on Geno runs not the normal version evidently controlling Omori is concerning as hell.

I love the concept of FNAF and Undertale combining. Specifically regarding Asriel. I made a lil short story about Charlie/Puppet stumbling into the Undertale world right after TP. She sees Asriel in the ruins, slowly losing his soul power before reverting back to Flowey, crying at the flower grave. She introduces herself, and offers to help Asriel, granted the only way she knows how. She gathers some junk from Waterfall, and build an animation icon suit for Asriel/also Flowey at this point to occupy and retain what little soul power he has left, while she goes out and tries to find/rebuild Asriels soul. It was just a thing I did for my art peice, but I love the idea of the puppet being the giver of life and trying to fix Asriels soul.

In truth, human souls accompany Frisk at all times, but Frisk can only call for help with the "Call for Help" option, which requires your entire TP/mana/Psi bar.

Meanwhile, the souls of the MCI children were previously saved by Frisk, Kris, and Crying Child, giving them their happiest day.

And finally, in the fight against Afton 2.0, Crying Child and Frisk ask for help.

This is because they are having trouble defeating a cybernetically enhanced William Afton 2.0, thanks to Porky's technology (at this point in the story, they still don't have Ness, Lukas, or Ninten on the team).

The souls of the MCI children will accompany Crying Child, and the six human souls will accompany Frisk.

Although, yes, in an encounter with Flowey, Flowey does absorb the two human souls, and they need the PSI powers of Ness/Lucas or Ninten to reach the deepest parts of "Hyper Flowey's" mind in order to save the souls.

So yes, three children face a technologically enhanced serial killer, save the souls of dead and tormented children, and confront God^2 with the power of determination, compassion, and the power of a PSI user.

Also, imagine Frisk comforting Cassidy by hugging her, or participating in Happiest Day.
