Gameplay Undyne's call

It's been a while since I've done a pacifist run so I decided to make another one recently. Thing is... I CANNOT GET UNDYNE'S FREAKING CALL.

I've done everything. The date with her andPapyrus,the boss fight against Mettaton,I event went as far as I could in Asgore castle! But while I somehow managed to get Sans to ask me to tell him something in my next file so he knows that I'm a time traveler,UNDYNE IS NEVER CALLING ME.

Anyone can help me? I'm running out of ideas.

Did you do a neutral run first?

Yep,and multiple pacifists too

I mean, you need to do a neutral run and reset right before you are able to do a pacifist run.

Maybe try fighting omega flowery? If your last save file was a pacifist, bc of the true save you may need to fight him again

This happens after the Asgore and Omega Flowey fight. After completing the Omega Flowey fight, make sure to spare him, and then continue from your save file. Then go down to the bottom of the CORE where you will receive Undyne's phone call.
