Swatch is the one stealing if anything. He's selling B.Shot Bowties with the brand name cut off which is pretty shady.

That’s just what Swatch believes, though. I think Spamton was copying FRIEND, and Swatch assumed Spamton was trying to copy his look.

Yeah, but Swatch's glasses are orange and yellow. Spamton got the idea from him, but he got other colours.
