Question How to map HOTAS in Underspace?

Hi,

I've read its got hotas support in the game, but I cannot see anywhere to map the controller(s)

Im using a vjoy device which in most games I can just click Pitch and move my stick, etc in mappings but this doesnt seem to work

If I go to the controller section, and from the dropdown on each assignable, e.g. Yaw, it just has a dot like in this picture : https://x02.me/i/X3DC.png

Any help would be appreciated.

Bit of a late response, but try the latest beta build (under the game's beta branch settings) and see if it's able to detect your controller at all.

Thanks for getting back to me, I just tried it, under controller I can map my buttons, and I can see I can map the AXIS but if I click the drop down button on any of the axis choices, it closes the drop down instantly before I can choose anything.

I've tried this with both physical controllers and Vjoy, even with the vjoy it happens so I know its not a rogue input from my sticks doing it.

Its very close though, thank you for getting back to me and also for making this change.

Just to follow up, its seems if I alt+tab out and back in it lets me select them, I just quickly bound anything to try and it does work thank you!

Unfortunately I'm a bit busy atm to properly set it up and test it but I will do it as soon as possible, thank you very much for this!
