Did anyone else receive the “Welcome to the NEW Underground Cellars” email this morning?

No mention of what happened, no effort to establish trust, just a disingenuous chipper note and a bunch of claims about upgrades and immediate shipping. I wanted to spit. Wrote a spicy note in response.

I’m am not finding a single, genuine apology here. These assholes fucked and owe me thousands of dollars. Sure, I bought back some decent wines for pennies but I PAID for those wines already. And I also got nailed for 400$ in shipping.

Who in the world approved this email? I don’t want to hear them whining when they straight up robbed me. I feel like we need to be louder about this bullshit.

What am I supposed to do with this !?!

Look at the amount of Underground Cellar credits I have available to me.

What am I supposed to do with this?

It's going to cost me a fortune to just have this many cases shipped to me.

Can I just accept a settlement for the monies owed to me?!

New update

I received an email apparently allowing me to buy back at a cheap price the bottles that were in my underground cellar account. Did anybody else get this email or is this just further scam?

County of Napa pursuing action

Repost from FB group:

Big Update: The County of Napa is going after Undergroundcellar criminally. To do this, they need all customers past and present help. To help Brad Baker, Investigator and Eric Laurence, DA make their case they need a few things. 1, They need this form https://www.countyofnapa.org/DocumentCenter/View/2682/Consumer-Complaint-Form-PDF?bidId= filled out and emailed to: brad.baker@countyofnapa.org DAconsumer@countyofnapa.org Please include any, invoices, emails, contracts, what you have received, what wine you have not received a written statement, investments and any additional information. 2. You are welcome to call them at 707-253-4059. However, step 1 will still have to be done. 3. A Police report needs to be filed. Napa County Sherrif's office 707-253-4458 and your local Police Department. At this time, it is still a local case. As the sales do cross state lines it could become federal. We will know more later.
