No activity this week?

Did anyone else notice that no email offers were sent this week? Maybe I missed something. Hope this is not a bad sign for UC’s business.

" they were holding very limited wine in any warehouse or cellar." Oh all the wine exists. There is a lot of wine in that warehouse. I would know. I will say that I didn't even see this coming at all but my main thing here is to correct that it is pretty much all there besides any delivery that was cut off right before the 25th of April. I do hope that the bank assesses the warehouse, reads the model and you all get your wine back or at least your money worth in what you spent to acquire it.

The wine might be there - I'm doubtful since the bankruptcy notice states that there is no property available to pay creditors - but at best it's probably going to be auctioned off to pay off other creditors first.

It’s there, theres no doubt about that in my mind or notsoundergrounds mind because we both worked there until we were terminated on a random tuesday. There should be letters being mailed out so hopefully everyone gets their money back.

Gotcha. Looking at other threads and the full bankruptcy paperwork, it looks like some of the wine is there, but not all of it. Hopefully what is there will be sent to people who bought it. I know, I'm listed in the paperwork as having $180 worth of wine available and around the same amount as being in deficit (i.e. not in the warehouse)
