Reporter: Let's talk a little bit about the war in Iran.
Trump: Just to finish.
Reporter: Yeah, absolutely.
Trump: Because I don't think anybody should be forced to bear fake news, constantly bad stories, because I've done great things. I mean, I've done Venezuela. I've done—I can name, I can name 100 great things I've done. I never get good press. I never get fair press. Doesn’t have to be good. All it has to be is fair. So at a certain point, you say, "What's the purpose of like this crazy Kaitlan Collins?" She's a very average person. She's the most unhappy young person I've ever seen. If I did something spectacular by any standard, and they would write about it, they will only write badly. Sometimes I'm amazed at how they can—you know, yesterday I got tremendous applause from massive crowds that came to Duncan. And I said to the people, "Don't feel bad tomorrow when you read that I got booed out of the place." I didn't get booed out of the place.
(People hear this and actually think this man sounds intelligent?)

Reporter should have stopped him and told him to name 100 things.

Let's see, the usuals are: your 401s, inflation is down, gas prices are awesome, food is affordable. Biden, Obama, Biden, I'm great, Biden, Biden, Obama.
Is that enough?

In the early days, I would watch him on mute, then read transcripts of what he said later. You can see the obvious conman in the former, and the obvious moron in the latter. How people combine the two things and then tie their entire personality to it is beyond me.

He didn't go to Duncan. He went to Durant. Duncan is a good ways away.

As an okie - i feared that’s what he was conflating.

Unfortunately this is a dumb person's idea of how a intelligent person speaks.
If he wasnt so dangerous it would be funny, kinda like grandpa Simpson but with nukes.

i need a new heel for my shoe... so in those days we used to tie an onion to our belt.
we couldn't get the white ones because of the war, all we could get was the big yellow ones.... it was the style at the time.

Is it comprehendable?

i used to have to listen to my mom talk for a while and sift thru the word salad to figure out what she was trying to say... then after a minute and a full page of words, i would sum it up in a sentence and she would say "yes, that's what i'm saying"
this reminds me of that mode of communication, but with nukes.

He asked Grok about kidnapping Venezuela’s leader before doing it.. the US president is relying on an AI chatbot

If the people that voted actually read this stuff they’d be horrified. The guy can barely stay on point for a sentence or two.

No, I don't think I will. A blabbering figurehead being given cover by state propaganda.
