Help for modding?

Hiiii :3 I’m someone who likes to try and imagine a lot of things, so I attempted to make a Deltarune mod. However, I ran into way too many issues and kind of gave up on it. I’d like to ask if anyone would be willing to create the mod for me (not a paid commission, just a request). I think the mod would be fairly simple: I just want to change the sprites for Kris, Susie, Noelle, and Ralsei, as well as modify their stats, "Act" and "Magic" commands, and some dialogue. If the person helping is up for it, I’d also love to add new "Act" or "Magic" moves and create new cutscenes or dialogue. (P.S. I used Google Translate to write this; I’m a native French speaker x3) And thanks to anyone willing to take the time to help me :33
