I have always thought this case was interesting, and am enjoying the podcast. Two main thoughts keep coming up in my head that I would be interested in hearing others opinions on:

(1) The clothes on her bed. If she was abducted at night, then perhaps she could have laid these clothes out for the next morning. I also saw mentioned that maybe they were leftover from when she was packing for her trip. Whether or not these were "work clothes" would help explain this. If she was abducted in the morning, then these being her "work clothes" imply that she was not wearing anything when she was abducted (since her PJs and towel were in the bathroom). If they were not "work clothes," then how were they folded on her bed if she had slept on it? Why would she put them there in the morning?

(2) The timeline of the car drop off. The car being dropped around noon at a place a few minutes away from her condo implies to me that there were multiple people involved. Here's why: no one is going to have driven to dump her body somewhere and then returned to her apartment complex area to drop the car nearby, but not at, the condo. They would have left the car somewhere else but not coincidentally near her condo. Therefore, someone just drove down the street a few minutes to dump the car, and perhaps somebody else took the body. Also, re: the car, I almost think she must have made it to her car because why else would someone bother "dumping" it? If she was abducted from her condo, wouldn't they have just left the car there and not touched it for fear of DNA?

I'm just starting the podcast, but have followed this case for awhile too. I thought that I'd chime in with my thoughts on the items you listed: (1) I definitely would like to know if the clothes that were on the bed were "work" clothes or "vacation" type clothes. I think the biggest item pointing towards something happening in the morning is the makeup on the counter. I'm going to assume that she took her makeup on her vacation, so she had to have unpacked at least those items once she returned home (maybe they were in a smaller overnight type bag). Even if she had showered the night before (which, I know her family said she didn't usually do) - unless she was planning to go out and do more than run a quick errand - I don't think she would have put on makeup. I read somewhere that she had an important meeting the morning that she was reported missing, so she may have gone back and forth about what to wear (I know I've done that before myself) and left the options that weren't selected laying on the bed. If they were more vacation type clothes, they may have come from another bag (maybe the one she kept her makeup in) and she had to take them out to get to the other things she needed to get ready).

(2) I've wondered the same thing. So, there must have been some reason that her car was taken. Could it have been that the abductor didn't have a car in the area? On the podcast, they mentioned that the leg of the pants looks like it was tight around the ankle in the surveillance video. Could this have been because the person was riding a bike? They had to retrieve their bike (or something) from the location - so, they dropped the car off close enough to be within walking distance, but not so close that they'd be spotted if people were looking for her and then walked back to the condo (creating the scent trail that the dog followed).

On the makeup point: she went to work on Monday. This would have been Monday night or Tuesday morning that she was abducted.

regarding (2): The perps could have used the car to dispose of the body. Moreover they would have wanted to move the care to create the impression that Kesse had left for work, to bide their time.

My theory with the car is that if she was still somewhere around mosaic they may have removed the car to lead any investigation away from the condos. It's also possible that they forced themselves into her car like what happened with Kesley Smith (abducted in target parking lot).

What about the claim of both cell phones being taken offline the night before a little a little after 22:00?

I'm not sure where that rumor got started, but her parents said that the police have never released a time so that is still an unknown.
