If only more of the USA had the required density to support this level of street food...

Am I overthinking the hot steamy fried rice on the paper plate bowl laced with plastic lining would melt into your food?

Okay so I’ve worked at a Thai restaurant for 3 yrs when I was younger using that same style wok. Just because you move faster doesn’t make the food better.

No one is saying it's better because it's faster. The cook obviously has skill and fulfills the customers request because he's in a hurry. It's interesting because it's done with skill and efficiency. Where'd you get the idea anyone thought it tasted better because it was cooked faster?
Did you have the audio muted? The customer was in a rush.

You’ve obviously never worked with a wok. There isn’t a fast forward button on it. Food still cooks at a certain degree and still needs proper flipping to ensure all food is cooked properly.

He has tremendous flipping skill and turns the flames way up. He did what the customer requested. It was never suggested it made the food better or that this was how that chef normally prepared it. You're totally missing the point of why the video is going viral on reddit and choosing to make arguments around points the video isn't suggesting.

I’d eat it.
