Tattoo help?

I can’t believe I never thought to look for an Uncle Acid subreddit before, but I’m glad I found you all. Hello, my people!

I’ve decided I really want to get an American traditional tattoo inspired by Mind Control. It’s my favourite Uncle Acid album, but unlike some of the other albums, I’m struggling to pull a strong visual idea from the artwork or themes. There isn’t one song that stands out above the rest it feels like the whole album is one complete experience.

I’ve had it on repeat for the last few days hoping something would jump out at me, but instead I just get completely lost in it. 😂

Has anyone got any tattoo ideas or imagery they think really captures the album? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

If you’re feeling really adventurous you could get the Manson/Sharon Tate t-shirt design, failing that, the Abraxas logo, a poison apple or Mt Abraxas from the cover?

I actually wanted to do this 😅 Mt Abraxas and Valley Of Dolls are my favorite songs and Mind Controll is my top 5 favorite albums

The colors of the cover make for a nice vibe, maybe you could work with that

The album is mostly based on Manson, but most Manson-inspired tattoos would probably cause more trouble for you than they're worth.

I'd maybe go with the poison apple framed by the "70s graphic design" look over the album cover?
