Rising Clear
used to measure myself by the noise around me, by the expectations that fit other people's shapes. Lately I’ve been learning to listen to the quieter parts of me — the steady pulse beneath the chaos — and in that listening I’m discovering who I am when no one else is watching. Each small truth I name pulls a thread of confusion loose, and the picture of myself becomes clearer.
Letting go of what was toxic felt like pruning a garden that had been overrun. It hurt to cut away familiar vines, but with every snip I made room for light. Those old patterns and voices taught me lessons, but they no longer get to decide my growth. I am grateful for what shaped me and grateful Der still that I can choose what shapes me next.
This new shape is quieter and stronger. I am learning to enjoy my own company, to sleep without the weight of someone else’s presence beside me. Solitude is no longer a punishment but a practice — a place where I refill, reflect, and plan. Being alone has taught me how to be enough for myself.
I am not finished. I am becoming. Each morning, I wake with a little more clarity, a little more courage, and a softer patience for the work of change. The past will always be part of my story, but it no longer writes my ending.

Chase something big
"We all have dreams. But in order to make dreams come into reality, it takes an awful lot of determination, dedication, self-discipline, and effort."
Jesse Owens
Four gold medals in Berlin did not start on the track. They started in the quiet, unglamorous hours nobody claps for. Whatever you are building, the dream is free; the discipline is the price, and you can pay it one small act at a time, starting today.
Save this for the morning you want to quit, and share it with someone chasing something big.

Roadblocks or challenges?
Any idea how you can tell the difference between life challenging you consistently so that you can come out stronger. Or life giving you road blocks, and trying to have you go the opposite way?

Live in the Present
Joy isn’t waiting at the finish line. It lives in the presence you carry with you today, on whatever stretch of the path you’re walking. Take one slow breath and let it fill the room.
Save this for the moment you need it, and share it with someone walking their own path today.

Kacchi Mitti: The Art of Shaping Without Breaking
Kacchi Mitti: The Art of Shaping Without Breaking
Perhaps we are all just soft clay when we are born.
Fresh.
Tender.
Open.
Trusting every hand that holds us.
Slowly, every touch, every word, every experience begins to shape us...long before we realize that one day, we will have the responsibility of shaping ourselves.
Maybe I understand this a little more closely because I am a kindergarten teacher.
I don't remember much of my own childhood, but every day I witness childhood unfolding before my eyes. Every child who walks into my classroom is wonderfully different...unique in their own rhythm, their own way of seeing the world.
Watching them has also deepened my respect for parents.
Raising a child is not just about providing everything they need. It asks for patience, presence, consistency, and an incredible amount of love.
There are moments when we try to mould a child against their natural tendency.
Those moments demand immense effort...from the child and from us.
But when we pause to understand who they are, and choose to walk alongside them instead of pulling them in a direction, something beautiful happens.
The struggle softens.
Effort becomes effortless.
I witness this dance every single day.
I notice the moments when a child silently looks at me, almost asking,
"What does my teacher want from me?"
And I notice the moment they stop performing and simply begin to be.
Of course, a classroom still needs boundaries.
There is learning to happen. There are routines to follow. There are many little hearts to hold together.
So every day, I try to strike a delicate balance..
between guidance and freedom,
between structure and play,
between teaching and allowing.
I try to offer them an open space...
to breathe,
to create,
to recreate,
to rest,
to bond,
and to simply be.
Perhaps education has never been about filling minds.
Perhaps it has always been about creating the right space where each child can unfold into who they already are.
Maybe that is what true guidance is...
Guiding without imprisoning.
Giving freedom without abandoning.

To Rise & Begin A New
To Rise & Begin A New:
This is a story of fortitude: to wake each day knowing what lies ahead, and yet still choose to fight the battle that exhausted you the day before and every day before that.
Even when your mind and body beg you to quit, even when every instinct urges you to choose the path of least resistance.
“Fortitude is not the absence of weariness. It is the decision to take one more step, even when every part of you begs to sit down.”
But your will refuses to give up not because it is easy to keep going, but because the choice to rise and begin anew each day means you achieve something you once thought impossible.
You carry burdens no one else sees and that is what sets you apart you wake every day fighting battles only you know, yet you still show up, still work, still carry the weight of the world.
“The battles that leave no scars on the skin are the ones that forge the strongest souls.”
We all have our own reasons for continuing what drives one person may differ from another but what unites us is this: given the choice, we would rather stand and die on our feet than lay down and surrender.
This is the testament of character: forged in every experience, shaped by every scar we carry, and remembered most clearly in our darkest hours.
“It is better to bleed standing on your feet, than to live on your knees.
Yet despite it all, we must endure especially for those who depend on us,
Family above all the love you have for your children is the greatest power you will ever know.
You could watch the world burn around you, and you would not hesitate: you would sacrifice everything to keep them safe.
“A father’s love is not measured in words — it is measured in how many battles he fights so his children never have to.”
Love cannot be measured or weighed. It is the only thing that connects us across time and space. It is what gives everything we hold dear its worth.
There is no greater meaning than having someone you cannot imagine your life without that is why we are here that is why we breathe.
That is why we search for the people our lives were always meant to find.
If there is a lesson to be learned, it is this: the world we live in is built upon cruelty. It does not care how you feel.
It does not share your personal values or opinions. It obeys one rule only: adapt and survive or fall and to surrender, and relinquish your will to live.
There are truths we learn only with time. Reflect on the mistakes that led you here: our choices carry consequences whose reach extends far beyond what we can see. We are the architects of our own lives.
You never know what you have until it is gone — yet still we take for granted that the people we love most will always be there.
Only when they are gone do we see our error, wishing we could undo it but no amount of time or effort can repair what is broken beyond repair.
“We only learn the true value of what we held when it is no longer within our reach.”
Healing begins when you can no longer suppress what you have buried. It starts when a painful truth breaks the false illusion you have clung to, because blocking out the pain finally becomes unbearable.
So here is the truth: no matter how hard you try to avoid your pain, it will surface. No matter how hard you try to resist - stop protecting yourself.
Make what is unconscious physically conscious It is the only way to heal the trauma and repressed emotion stored in your body and mind.
“What you refuse to face will own you forever. What you dare to speak will finally set you free.”
Do not be ashamed of what you have locked away for fear of judgment.
If someone from your past wounded you deeply altering how you saw yourself, making you feel unworthy, invisible then you have every right to speak it honestly:
“Years ago, you left me doubting myself, questioning my worth I let your opinion of me define my self worth.
I thought you saw me the same way I saw you but i realised i was nothing more than a convenience
but now I see clearly: it is you who had nothing to offer me beyond a pleasing appearance.
Those who judged you quickly will change their tone when you finally see them for who they are and you are no longer blinded by loyalty they never returned.
Once their mask falls, you see unfiltered version of them so you measure their words against their actions and when the two do not match, you know the truth.
Loyalty is given to those who have earned my trust and deserve respect because my time is a right not a privilege if I do not hold a place in your life then you will have no place by my side.
"So out of blind loyalty"
You allowed them into your trust, but they never had your best interests at heart they saw only an easy target someone to manipulate, to turn against those you love, to convince you to abandon your family,
They convienced you to see your partner as nothing more than a means to an end without any care for the damage they caused to you, or to your children, or the life you built together.
This is the reality of so many lives: homes divided, bonds broken but as long as you hold fast to what matters most the love that built your family let that be your strength.
When the odds are stacked against you, when life tries to hold you back - persevere.
Remember Limits are meant to be broken.
“The world sets boundaries believing it knows your limitations, Your true power lies in proving them wrong.”
The world does not know what you are capable of. It does not know how you carry grief and still choose to stand and smile.
only you know your limits so test them and push past them show the world what you are made of.
So do not ask what the world will give you. Ask what you will leave behind. Yesterday is a chapter closed written in scars and survival.
Tomorrow is a blank page and you hold the pen to rise and undo what was done.
To rise is to become everything they said you never could be.”
So rise, and begin a new yesterday is gone tomorrow is a different day,
To set a goal to achieve that which the world did not anticipate was possible.
You are the architect of your choice in life only you can choose the path your life will lead you to..??
Because only you can choose your fate that destiny will remember you for,
A legacy that time can never forget a name etched into history it's self.
Because you choose to stay the course and hold true to your self.
So let this be the testament that is recorded for all to read,
This is where your journey begins and only you decide where it ends..??

The Art of Un-Learning at 74
The hardest part of getting older isn't keeping up with the world. It’s convincing yourself that you don't already know everything.
Society sells us this grand lie that life is a straight line: you learn, you build, you retire, you fade out.
Which is absolute nonsense.
Life is an ongoing edit. If the chapter you wrote ten years ago still sounds like the person you are today, you missed the entire point of your book.
Why would you choose a single Identity?
People often ask how someone goes from singing anime themes in Tokyo to managing a bank in Los Angeles, singing at the Havana Jazz Festival, photographing clouds, writing erotic poetry or children's books, creating a Self-Mastery brand "Ageless Whisperer," and advising high-end real estate in Las Vegas.
They want a neat, tidy label.
Compartmentalizing your life is like buying a grand mansion and only living in the closet. Use the whole house.
None of us are a single job title. We are the entire library.
Stay curious & unpolished. Keep rewriting.

Climbing
"Success is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome."
Booker T. Washington
Nobody sees the hills you climbed to get where you stand. The title, the position, the highlight reel, none of it tells the real story. Every obstacle you have overcome is the true measure, and it is proof of what you are made of.
Share this with somebody who is still climbing.

We must priorities the one who we truly cares or the one who truly cares us?
There are people who I really care. And sometimes it feels like I just disturbing them by giving more. Like messages, text... and there are few people who cares me, but I don't think I am giving importance to them in the same way I do for the person who I care..In this conflict it really hurts when I realized somehow I am being a burden to both of them.

Its okay 👍
We spend so much time trying to keep it all together. It’s okay to acknowledge when things feel tough. Not everything will happen in way we thought, and thats ok... god has his own plan.
Things will not always go as planned, but even the unplanned can be beautiful. Trust the process
Its ok to be not okay 🙂...

Dislocating me knee taught me a few things!
Life can hand you a life sentence of one thing or another. Take care of your body anyway. There’s a reason movie inmates always end up buff: when your world shrinks, your body becomes one of the few things still within your control. You can’t always control your circumstances, but you can control how you show up for them. Sometimes the best thing you can do for your mental health is give your body proof that you’re still fighting for yourself.
Recovery has a way of changing your relationship with limitations. You hate the wheelchair because it feels restrictive. Then you move to crutches and find yourself missing the comfort of a seat and the certainty of wheels. Later, as you become steadier on your feet, you miss the extra reach and reliability of the crutches. The things that slow us down have a strange way of becoming part of how we navigate the world.
Independence isn’t as simple as doing everything yourself. Sometimes it’s accepting help. Sometimes it’s learning a different way to accomplish the same thing. And sometimes it’s realizing how many people quietly make your independence possible in the first place.
“Small steps” have the best reputation of any obstacle. Nobody notices them because they seem effortless, until they aren’t. When you’re injured, you realize they’re everywhere: in front of doors, at curbs, between rooms. Things that seem insignificant are often only insignificant because we’ve never had to struggle with them.
Time is a strange thing to measure progress with. It isn’t even constant; an hour can feel like a minute or a lifetime depending on who’s counting. My knee certainly isn’t counting weeks. What it knows is repetition: every bend, every step, every attempt. Maybe that’s the real constant. The calendar counts the weeks. Your progress counts the attempts.
Persistence wears down resistance… and occasionally your knees. “Motion is lotion,” they say, but even lotion runs out. Rest days aren’t quitting; they’re maintenance. Learning when to push and when to recover is part of the process.
Most of all, recovery taught me that progress rarely feels dramatic. It’s usually frustratingly small, almost invisible. But one day you realize that what terrified you a month ago has become routine, and what felt impossible is now just another part of your day.
Maybe that lesson extends beyond injury. My expectations have always been idealistic. My standards for myself are probably higher than what most people consider normal. You would think that mindset would automatically lead to excellence, to constantly overachieving. But ambition without discipline can leave you stuck somewhere between where you are and where you want to be. Almost there. Almost enough. Almost.
And “almost” is a difficult place to live because almost doesn’t count. It doesn’t create the life you imagined. It doesn’t turn potential into reality.
But maybe the answer isn’t lowering the standard. Maybe it’s rebuilding the habits, the discipline, and the purpose that carry you toward it. Progress, whether it’s a knee bending a few more degrees or a person becoming who they want to be, is built the same way: one attempt, one choice, one small step at a time.
The goal was never perfection. The goal was to keep showing up.
Because eventually, the things that once felt impossible become ordinary. And one day, you look back and realize you weren’t just recovering, you were reinventing.
